4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

LearningCharger offers both free and paid plans. Free plans may include usage limits, and paid plans unlock additional features as described on the pricing page.

4.2 Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are handled through Razorpay when paid subscription features are used.
• You are responsible for reviewing plan pricing and billing cycle details before purchase.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund handling, if offered, is subject to the payment and business rules in effect at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on the service, including quizzes, questions, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is owned by LearningCharger or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

5.2 User Content

If you submit content to the Service (e.g., feedback, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policyand Cookie Policy, which describe how we handle personal information and browser storage.

7. Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
• Educational content on the platform is for general learning purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional academic guidance.
• Quiz scores and rankings are for motivational and self-assessment purposes only and do not constitute official academic evaluations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearningCharger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LearningCharger, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
