Terms at a glance

Quiz-first learning

LearningCharger provides educational practice and self-assessment, not official examination results.

Use content fairly

Do not copy, scrape, resell, automate, or manipulate quizzes and platform results.

No surprise billing

Paid terms apply only when checkout is enabled and you confirm the plan shown at purchase.

Student safety

Minors should use the service with a parent or lawful guardian where required.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using learningcharger.com or the LearningCharger platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms should be read with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We may update these Terms when the service, plans, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

2. The LearningCharger service

LearningCharger is a quiz-first educational platform primarily designed for CBSE students in Classes 9–12. Depending on availability, the service may include quizzes, explanations, results, progress and mastery tracking, recommendations, leaderboards, doubts, question reports, subscriptions, AI-assisted features, notes, live classes, and administrative or support tools.

  • Features may be introduced, improved, limited, moved, or discontinued.
  • Beta, AI-assisted, live-class, notes, and other secondary features may not always be available.
  • Plan limits and feature availability are shown on the relevant product or pricing page.
  • The service is for personal, non-commercial educational use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Accounts, security, and students

  • You must provide accurate and current registration information.
  • You are responsible for protecting your password and activity under your account.
  • You must promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • You may not sell, transfer, share, or create accounts to evade limits or enforcement.

3.1 Students under 18

LearningCharger serves secondary-school students, including users who may be under 18. A parent or lawful guardian should review and approve account creation, purchases, and optional privacy choices where required by applicable law. Parents and guardians may contact us about access, correction, restriction, or deletion of a learner's account.

3.2 Account deletion

You may request account deletion through support. Some transaction, security, backup, dispute, or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Quiz use, results, and prohibited conduct

4.1 Quiz experience

Quiz scores, rankings, mastery labels, weak-topic analysis, streaks, and recommendations are motivational and self-assessment tools. They are not official marks and do not guarantee examination results, admission, certification, or academic improvement.

Timers, autosave, locally queued offline changes, and result calculations depend on your device, browser, internet connection, and service availability. You should check the displayed save status before leaving an attempt. We cannot guarantee recovery of every answer or unfinished attempt after device, browser, network, or storage failure.

4.2 Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Cheat, manipulate scores or rankings, exploit technical errors, or misrepresent activity.
  • Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or another person to complete quizzes or access the service.
  • Scrape, bulk-download, harvest, republish, or commercially exploit questions, answers, or user data.
  • Upload malicious code, disrupt infrastructure, bypass security, or seek unauthorised access.
  • Impersonate another person, harass users or staff, send spam, or use the service unlawfully.
  • Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Doubts, reports, leaderboards, and user content

When you ask a doubt or report a question, the submission may include the relevant question, quiz, attempt, selected answer, correct answer, explanation, subject, and chapter context. Administrators may review, reply to, moderate, resolve, reject, or remove submissions.

  • Do not include passwords, payment credentials, sensitive personal details, abusive material, or content you do not have permission to submit.
  • A doubt selected as public may appear with its answer in Common Doubts. We do not intend to publish private contact details with it.
  • Leaderboards may show your name, avatar, score, rank, XP, or related activity to other users.
  • We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, risks student safety, or disrupts the service.

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant LearningCharger a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, moderate, and display it only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful retention, backups, or content already incorporated into an anonymised public support response.

6. Plans, payments, cancellation, and refunds

6.1 Free and paid plans

A Free plan may be available with limits that can change. Paid-plan terms apply only when paid checkout is enabled. A plan labelled “Coming Soon” cannot create a payment or subscription obligation. The price, tax, duration, renewal setting, included features, and limits displayed when you confirm checkout govern that purchase.

6.2 Payment and activation

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless checkout states otherwise.
  • Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another provider identified at checkout.
  • We do not activate a paid plan until payment is successfully verified.
  • A delayed, pending, or failed payment may delay access while it is investigated or reconciled.
  • You authorise only the charge and renewal terms clearly presented before confirmation.

6.3 Cancellation and refunds

When recurring billing is available, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid period. Unless applicable law or the checkout terms require otherwise, payments are generally non-refundable after paid access is activated. We may approve a refund for a verified duplicate charge, payment error, failure to provide the purchased plan, or another case required by law. Contact support promptly with the transaction details; eligibility is assessed on the facts of the request and the terms shown at purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Educational content and intellectual property

7.1 Educational accuracy

We work to provide useful questions and explanations, but educational and AI-assisted content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should verify important material against current textbooks, official notifications, teachers, and other authoritative sources. Please use the question-report tool when you identify a possible error.

7.2 CBSE, NCERT, and third-party names

References to CBSE, NCERT, classes, examinations, textbooks, curricula, or other organisations describe educational alignment or source context. They do not imply ownership, affiliation, approval, sponsorship, or endorsement unless we expressly say so. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

7.3 Platform rights

LearningCharger and its licensors own or lawfully use the platform software, design, branding, original questions, explanations, graphics, and other content. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal learning. They do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, public distribution, or creation of a competing question bank.

To report a genuine copyright or intellectual-property concern, contact support with identification of the work, the relevant page or question, and your authority to act.

8. Availability, third parties, and disclaimers

  • The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
  • We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, permanent feature availability, or compatibility with every device.
  • Maintenance, security events, network failures, force-majeure events, or third-party outages may interrupt the service.
  • Links and integrations operated by third parties are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
  • AI-generated or AI-assisted output may be inaccurate and must not be treated as official academic guidance.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, harmful conduct, cheating, repeated infringement, material breach of these Terms, or protection of users and the platform. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, retained records, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that by their nature should continue will survive.
